Mr. Hofer’s Classroom

My name is Brett Hofer.  I am a local, southern Indiana boy.  I grew up in Brookville and spent a lot of my time trying to beat Batesville in athletics.  I graduated from Franklin County in 2004.  From there I went on to Purdue University where I earned my B.S. in elementary education.  I am a huge Purdue fan.  In my class, you will see several Purdue items and I hope to continue to add to my collection.

I love science.  It was always one of my favorite subjects in school and continues to be on of my favorite subjects.  That may be why I volunteered to teach it to 3 different classes.  Science to me is the most fun.  I can get dirty and experiment, of course I am going to love it.

I also teach health and computer lab to those same 3 classes.

I hope to have a great year this year and I hope every student that comes into my room learns something and has some fun along the way learning it.

Donations:  I am always willing to accept donations to my classroom.  Never feel obligated to donate.  It is just nice to get some things.  Things that I would like are:

Books and mini pretzel twist bags (I use them for pretzel problems.  Your child will know)
