Welcome to Batesville Intermediate School Music!
About Ms. Vogel: Ms. Vogel currently teaches 4th and 5th grade General Music and Beginning Band. Ms. Vogel attended The College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, earning a BA of the Arts with a focus on Music Education. Before beginning her teaching career, Ms. Vogel worked in the financial industry and in customer service. A native of Hamilton County in Southwestern Ohio, Ms. Vogel resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, and volunteering at church. About Music Department: At BIS, the kids have already learned rhythm patterns, how to read music, and even how to play instruments.Currently, we are getting ready to start Recorder Karate! The opportunities that the children have to utilize these instruments is a gift that, as an educator, makes my job much easier and gives the students the tools to truly understand what music is all about. |
