All About Me
I was born and raised in Dutchess County, New York, near the city of Poughkeepsie, located on the Hudson River, 90 miles north of New York City. I graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego, with a B.S. degree in Education and Olivet University with my M.S. degree. I married my husband, Art, and have been living all over the United States ever since. I've made my home in Connecticut, California, Vermont, Florida, and now Indiana. I have a stepdaughter, Kris, who lives in California and has four daughters, a son, Michael, in the Navy, who lives in Lebanon, IN, with his wife, Jessa, and my granddaughter and grandson, a daughter Sabrina and her husband David who live in Indianapolis, a son Tim, who graduated from Purdue and lives in Burbank, CA with his wife Shantelle, who graduated from DePauw and IU law school and with my new grandson, and a daughter Jenni, who graduated from USI and is an Occupational Therapist living and working in Richland, WA. I have been involved in Destination Imagination for 14 years. My favorite things are being with my family and dogs, reading, especially mysteries, and watching science and history shows.
